Immigration law is federal, which allows us to represent clients anywhere within the United States and outside the United States. Our initial consultation is $80. If you decide to retain us, we will credit your consultation fee back to you. For the convenience of our clients who are unable to meet with us in person, we conduct telephone consultations as well as in person consultations.

In addition to our regular business hours, we are available in the evenings and on weekends upon request. Our attorneys are fluent in English and Italian. If you decide to retain us after your consultation, we will send you two copies of an engagement letter (one for your records)detailing the services that will be provided by our law firm and the payment schedule. Once you receive the engagement letter, you may sign it and send it back to us along with the retainer fee. Upon receipt of your retainer, we will begin working on your case immediately.
