| Setting Up
a Consultation Because many of our clients are not local, our firm offers two types of consultations:  Consultation
Via TelephoneIn order to set up a consultation via telephone, please fill out our Consultation Questionnaire. At the end of the form, you will be asked to pay the consultation fee of $150 in advance. You may pay using a major credit card, paypal or send a check or money order. Upon receipt of your Questionnaire and payment, we will contact you via phone to set up a date and time for your consultation. On the day of your consultation, please call us at (828) 582-2932.. Consultations are for 30 minutes.
In Person ConsultationIf you would like to schedule an in person consultation, you may either call us at (828)582-2932 or fill out our Consultation Questionnaire. Upon completing the questionnaire, you will be asked to pay your consultation fee of $150 in advance. Once we receive your completed questionnaire and payment, we will contatc you to set up a time for your consultation. Consultation Fees and Cancellations Our firm provides initial consultations for a flat fee of $150.00 for 30 minutes. If additional time is needed, you will be charged at our normal hourly rate of $150. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund.
